MINESTRONE SOUP
with Garlic & Herb Focaccia Bread
(Serving size: 2-16oz containers of soup & 2 slices of Garlic & Herb Focaccia Bread)
This Minestrone soup is a crowd pleaser, chock full of fresh veggies- like tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, celery, spinach, garlic & onions. Plus freshly cooked- never canned- kidney beans & GF quinoa based elbow pasta. Flavor is king so we add in lots of fresh herbs to keep it rich & complex, like garden fresh rosemary, oregano & finished with a basil infused olive oil. Served with a slice of our freshly baked GF Garlic & Herb Focaccia Bread.
ROASTED DELICATA SQUASH, POMEGRANATE & CHEVRE SALAD
with Cashew Goat Cheese, Pecans & Roasted Shallot & Italian Herb Vinaigrette
(Serving size: 2 entree size salads with 2oz of dressing for each salad)
This salad highlights the tangy & tart, beautiful & vibrant, underutilized fruit- Pomegranate! Their juicy bright red morsels glisten next to slices of roasted delicata squash, creamy cultured cashew chèvre (goat cheese) & pecans. All packed under a bed of organic mixed baby greens with a side of Roasted Shallot & Italian Herb Vinaigrette.
CREAMY MEDITERRANEAN ORZO
with Feta, Tomatoes, Roasted Peppers, Capers, Olives & Chickpeas
(Serving size: 2 entree size portions of Creamy Mediterranean Orzo)
This dish has the flavors of the Mediterranean in one nutritious bowl. Tomatoes, capers, olives, onions & garlic are cooked together with our favorite quinoa based gluten-free orzo. Weʻll add in freshly roasted red bell peppers & tender chickpeas, finished with oregano, fresh parsley and our tangy house-made cashew feta.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver on the Windward side from Kahalu'u to Waimanalo & Town side from Kalihi to Hawai'i Kai.
How do you prepare the food?
All of the food ismade in a commercial kitchen, fresh & 100% from scratch on the day of delivery. Right down to every sauce & marinade. Our dried beans & lentils are soaked overnight to help with digestibility. We put in all of the extra hard work so you can have time for other things in life!
What’s in each pre-fixe meal pack?
Each meal delivery pack contains 6 large meals, 2 servings of each of the 3 items offered with each menu. We offer a unique pre-set menu style rather than al la carte. Many of our customers tell us it ends up being more than 6 meals for them, which we love!
Do you sell out?
Yes, we do. We offer this service to a small group each week. Since the space is limited we will have to close the availability once our limit is reached.
